# Installation Guide

## Windows/Mac OS 

### Prerequisites  <a href="#prerequisites" id="prerequisites"></a>

In all cases, a web browser is required to access the web application.

Supported Browsers:

* Google Chrome (v 89.0.4389.90)
* Safari Browser (v Safari 16)
* Microsoft Edge (v110.0.1587.35)
* Mozilla Firefox (v 112.0.2)

### How to access the NGO Web application

A Web Browser is required to:

1. Open a Web Browser: Launch a web browser on your computer or mobile device. Popular web browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
2. Enter the URL "<https://dashboard.chats.cash/>" for the CHATS NGO web application.
3. Press Enter Button <img src="https://4010640598-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FlnZSplCcrPKdQLf7qfnh%2Fuploads%2FMGIU1TX0PGMb4EW1iMeA%2Fenter.png?alt=media&amp;token=b5f4c585-23cc-4319-b9f8-2a7743c36e6a" alt="" data-size="line">. Make sure to enter the complete URL, including the protocol (e.g., "http\://" or "https\://").
4. Wait for Loading. The web browser will load the CHATS NGO web application's homepage.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it may take a few moments to load.
5. Interact with the Web Application.
6. Signup (if required). Refer to [Data Fields](/chats-documentation/chats-products-and-services/ngo-web-application/data-fields.md) for required data fields.
7. Login (if required). Refer to [Data Fields](/chats-documentation/chats-products-and-services/ngo-web-application/data-fields.md) for required data fields.
8. Explore and Use the Application.
